Can you offer me a quotation over the phone ?
Yes. In many cases we can offer an approximate value for your house over the phone based on a few simple questions.
 
We can also offer the approximate rent, should you wish to take advantage of our long-term rent back options.
 
If our quotation is accepted we will need to visit your property to do an accurate assessment, which takes about 30 minutes to complete.
 
Are there any Fee's or extra cost ?
No. We will pay your solicitors costs and as a private sale, estate agent fees do not usually apply.
 
If I Sell & Rent Back what Guarantees do I have ?

What happens to the maintenance of the property and what am I responsible for ?
We have our own team of maintenance people who can service boilers, Decorate properties etc. We take a flexible approach to maintenance and if you wish to decorate the property as you always have then we are fine with this. However, Gas saftey will be carried out annually by one of our qualified technicians.
 
You will continue to be responsible for all your house hold bills, although we will pay the buildings insurance and routine maintenance costs.
