A: In these circumstances we will be unable to help you as we offer a valuation on the basis of a hassle free quick sale in less than a month. The formal route can take months or even years, with the risk of a chain colapse but in the end you are likely to get a higher valuation. Q: From making the call to Northeast Property, how long before my property is valued?
A: We aim to visit the property on the same day as the enqiry or within 24 hour of the initial phone call. You will then have a written offer within 7 days. We can sometimes offer a guide value over the phone.
Q: How long does the process take?
